Your wrap can be heated in a standard microwave or in a crock pot. Every order includes a detailed instruction card with recommended heating times. Start low and adjust to your comfort level -- every microwave is different.

Yes. Simply place your wrap in a sealed plastic bag and put it in the freezer for at least an hour. It works just as well for cold therapy as it does for heat.
